Try closing the app completely and reopening it. If the issue persists, restart your device and launch the app again. Make sure your operating system is up to date, as older versions may not be fully supported.
Ads require an active internet connection. Check that your device is connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data. If you are connected and ads still do not appear, it may be a temporary issue on the ad network side. Try again after a few minutes.
DuckOff stores progress locally on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data will reset your progress. Progress is not backed up to a cloud service at this time.
